Customer Accounts. Certain services offered on or through the Site require you to first open a My Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your My Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify buyluckygift.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by buyluckygift.com or any other user of the Site due to someone else using your password or customer account. Mispriced Products buyluckygift.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. buyluckygift.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, buyluckygift.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Shipping policy We usually ship your order within 72 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays) after your payment is cleared by Paypal. All shipping costs are calculated automatically by our shopping cart based on the weight of the product(s) selected and destination. Change of Delivery Address or Wrong address you can only change or upadte your address before the order is shipped. 15% restocking fee for returning package . Canceling the Order You may cancel your order before we print the shipping label. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped . Damaged, lost or stolen Shipment Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise .You may require evidence of the damage. We won't be responsible for the item which buyer said he or she didn't receive it ,but the delivery confirmation showed already delivered.You may contact your local post office or carrier's claim department. If you mail box is too small to put the package in or you share a house with someone else,we recommend you put a note on your door for the delivery people such as "Do not leave packages unattended, please leave with next door neighbor" Or "Do not leave packages unattended, please put packages on hold at local office for customer pick up." Return

For the retun package, we need to make sure the items are brand new and never used ,please read the following rules.

Please contact us before making any return.  All returns must be made within 3 days. and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges . Returned items must be in new condition. we will charge 30% restocking fee and the shipping is non refundable.

For international Buyers Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be . Security We respects your privacy.
